Confusing, dark, low contrast interface

The interface on this app is dark, with dark gray in dark gray text. Text is overly small compared to other like apps, overall feeling is dark and obscure. The interface is everything in an app, and this one needs an overhaul.

It is not intuitive, difficult to figure out what it does.
